ORDERING

We can not accept phone orders. All orders must be made through our website. Please make sure to provide complete and accurate contact and shipping information when completing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email when completing your order, then the order was not processed correctly. Please retry and make sure the email address you are using for the order is correct.

Unfortunately Visa card, Mastercard & all other payment cards have cancelled all accounts for all Herbal Incense sales throughout the industry, so we are no longer able to accept credit or debit cards.
 
We are switching to Bitcoins for all payments. All our stores are open for bitcoin sales.
 
If you don't have a Bitcoin account, here are some places where you can go, to get set up.

The above company (xcoins) is more expensive to set up, but it is fast and simple.
 
The advantage of Bitcoins is we no longer have to limit sales, you can buy as often and as much
as you like, no maximum limit.
  

When checking out with your shopping cart please follow the simple process and when offered payment options please select Bitcoin.
Once order is complete you will then see a page giving you both the Bitcoin wallet number & QR code to forward your payment to.
Once you have made your Bitcoin payment you will receive a confirmation of order & payment email.

PLEASE NOTE AS OF 23/04/2017 WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING MONDAYS / WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE ALSO DO NOT OFFER US PRIORITY MAIL AT THIS TIME. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE BUT WE ARE NOW WORKING ON NEW AND IMPROVED SHIPPING OPTIONS.


Orders are ALWAYS sent out on time! Any order we receive before 1.00 p.m EST will be shipped the SAME DAY. Any order received  after 1 p.m EST will be shipped the following working day. Orders received on either a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, or the following business day if the Monday is a holiday. Orders cannot be shipped on holidays as the post offices are closed. If there is a problem with your order or we need to ask a question we will contact you by email immediately.


All orders are shipped through USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. We cannot control the delivery time, however, generally all packages will be received between 3-5 days once the tracking has been scanned. On rare instances packages can be misplaced and take longer so please plan ahead and or order larger quantities.

For all orders valued at $100.00 or over all shipping costs will be free of charge. If your order is under $100.00 in value, the shipping costs will be added to your order at the rate of $5.00 for standard shipping. If you require priority shipping then the additional fee will be $9.99.

TRACKING

Our number 1 most asked question is "Where is my package?"

We would like to explain our shipping process so you clearly understand what happens to your parcel once your order is received.

Once your order is received we pack your package and print a unique shipping label with a tracking number.The tracking number will not become active until it has been scanned by the post office. The package will then be taken to the Post Office and placed in the package drop.
Your parcel will then be processed by the Post Office, your tracking number scanned and then shipped.Once the parcel is dropped at the Post Office there is nothing more we can do to make your delivery any faster. Please be patient and wait 3-5 working days.

Please be aware that the Post Office does not always scan packages, and does not always update the tracking updates.
Contacting us will not speed up your delivery and we will only receive the same information regarding your delivery as you will see using the tracking code.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

The strength or our aromas are generally the same with all the products. We very rarely get complaints regarding the quality of our products. We are sure you will be very happy with the products you receive. Please do not ask if our products are legal in your area. Our products are compliant in most jurisdictions throughout the US but every county in the US has different rules regarding Incense and Potpourri. Please Google your own state laws for complete information on this topic.
